Role Overview

Our company is looking for a creative, smart & highly persistent Growth Marketing Lead to create and guide the strategic direction & operational execution of our expansion. The marketing team will lie on the intersection of the engineering & business development teams. Your work will be to drive forward the team & to create customer focused campaigns & initiatives across various channels to ultimately increase the reach of AUUM. You will also serve as the manager of various other marketing associates & as the team’s strongest subject matter expert on these strategies. This is a key leadership role in the team & requires deep technical ability, lifecycle marketing experience, project management skills, risk-taking ability & management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage holistic marketing plans for all business ventures of AUUM.
  • Build AUUM’s cultural relevance through the planning and execution of strategic events and partnerships, and community initiatives
  • Accountable for ensuring every campaign launches on time, error-free, renders flawlessly across all major clients, and matches business requirements before launching
  • Lead initiative and resource planning, scoping, and weekly sprint planning for the Production team, regularly reporting on performance against plan
  • Build, schedule, launch and monitor automated and ad hoc user-facing campaigns
  • Correspond with active partners, customers and vendors to secure their collaboration in marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and track the progress of projects from start to finish and compile ongoing reporting
  • Manage local agencies (briefing, providing strategic direction, executional oversight)
  • Partner with Media, Communications, CRM, and Brand Strategy teams to optimize across channels
  • Utilize consumer insights to get a deeper understanding of our consumer and develop insight-driven marketing
  • Create and maintain internal presentations and documents for active marketing programs
  • Maintain current knowledge of local cultural trends and media consumption patterns
  • Drive growth and impact across all major international KPIs: customers, revenue, conversion, marketing ROI, LTV, and retention

What we expect

  • You possess Strong project management experience and can successfully manage large volume of ambitious projects
  • You must be skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple tracks of work for a Production team in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a Deep understanding of email coding / development and client-specific needs. Knowledgeable about responsive design for mobile.
  • Having a React / Typescript experience is a big plus for the candidate.
  • You are expected to be Hyper attentive to details with strong organizational skills
  • You must be an Exceptional problem solver, with a strong appetite for process and tooling improvements to maximize efficiency
  • You Must exhibit superb verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate status, insights and challenges effectively
  • You must have a Solid knowledge of email technologies, best practices, and industry challenges
  • You are expected to be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Engineering to Design
  • You must demonstrate a Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
  • You must have a Passion towards lifecycle marketing and user engagement.
