3. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Arvo reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance or suspend services if necessary to resolve technical issues.
4. Intellectual Property
Arvo retains all ownership rights to the platform, framework, and original source code. Any improvements or custom agents you build on top of our framework remain your intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
Arvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the service.
